Where the two differ is the telephoto camera. The P60 uses a 12-megapixel camera to get up close and personal with its subject, while the P60 Pro quadruples that pixel count with a 48-megapixel sensor.

How To Choose A Smartphone With The Right Processor

Processor is like the brain of a smartphone. The director and Supervisor, Is Almost everything you do on your smartphone, more or less depends on it. Naturally then, the thumb rule is to pick the best of what’s available. However, getting a high-end processor, means investing in an expensive flagship smartphone. (Not Techno, infinix or Itell) . You’ll definitely get the performance you’re paying for, but it’s important to ask yourself if you really need it. The amount of processing power you need depends on the tasks and applications you’d run on the phone. It is important to pick a smartphone with a processor that offers just the right amount of power, while still fitting comfortably in your budget. Picking a smartphone solely going by the processor is difficult for most people. There are so many jargons and technical terms to follow, which makes it a little complicated. So to help, here is a quick guide on understanding processors and picking a smartphone with the right one.

A processor is directly responsible for the performance of your smartphone. The experience of anything you do on the phone, starting from opening apps, browsing the internet, playing movies or games, all depends on it. The better the processor, smoother and lag-free the experience with these tasks.

A processor also carries modules that support different hardware and features of the smartphone. This includes the camera, Wi-Fi, screen, security, graphics, Bluetooth, network connectivity and many others. A high-end processor then will support and offer the latest of features available with each of these components.

A processor performance mostly depends on two specifications; the number of cores and the clock speeds it has to offer. Let’s explore how to go about choosing one based on these two numbers.

A core is an element of the processor that implements and executes tasks. Smartphones today, come with multiple cores. Each core is designed to handle and execute tasks. More the number of cores, more and heavier apps it can perform simultaneously. The current generations of smartphones come in a range of multi-core processors. Most commonly found are dual-core (two), quad-core (four) and octa-core (eight), with the latter being the most powerful. Some processors also come with hexa-core (six), but they are pretty rare.
Please Note: when picking a processor, make sure you not only look at the number of cores, but also compare clock speeds to get a better idea.

There are only a handful of companies that make smartphone processors, out of which there are 3 who you really need to focus on; Kirin, Qualcomm and MediaTek. Other companies like Apple, Samsung and Huawei also make processors, but they are generally used in their own devices. Qualcomm is more popular, mostly because their processors are often used by popular OEMs like Huawei, Samsung, LG, HTC and Motorola. MediaTek on the other hand has a higher presence with upcoming brands like, Vivo, Oppo, Intex and Honor. You might still find them on some of the other manufacturers though.

Xperia pro I

What if the Sony Xperia 1 III went to school and got a degree in filmmaking?
No need to wonder - it would become an imaging professional. It would
 become the Xperia Pro-I.

Sony has a habit of making phones no one expects, and no one has
thought to ask for. That's how the Xperia Pro came to be.
The Xperia 1 II's ultra-expensive alter ego was meant to be used
as an external monitor for Sony Alpha cameras... and it also happened
to be a phone with 5G connectivity.

The Xperia Pro-I, on the other hand, is not an accessory, it's the main act -
the phone is the camera. Inside the Pro-I, Sony fitted a 20MP 1.0" Type sensor, and
it's the first one this big with phase-detect autofocus on a phone, they
point out to get that Sharp
out of the conversation. What they don't explicitly mention is that
the Pro-I isn't using all of it - just 12MP, but we'll elaborate
on that later on. The point is - great main camera chops.

The other cameras aren't all that special but complete
a capable tri-set. There's an autofocusing ultrawide that's at the
reasonable end of the 'ultrawide' spectrum instead of the extreme.
As for zoom, gone is the dual focal length periscope of the
Xperia 1 III, replaced on the Pro-I with a more modest 2x-only unit.

Apple New secret leaks

Apple could very well usher in a true mainstream era for foldable phones

the latest Business Korea report that it is working on both clamshell and vertical folding models (think Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3) holds water.

Slated for a 2023 release, just as credible Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo forecasts, too, Apple's first foldable is, however, said to be of the clamshell type, tentatively dubbed the iPhone Flip.

MIUI 13 – NEW CONTROL CENTER, EXTENDED RAM, NATURAL TOUCH AND MORE

My name is Rotimi osho I want to use this moment to Appreciate those that sent me birthday witches and gift, mose Especially My Church youth Fellowship. Xiaomi The Successor of Huawei is expected to reveal MIUI 13 in the next few months. In fact, rumors are suggesting a release for August in China. Of course, the company is yet to give official info regarding the launch date of its next Android skin.

Anyway, the lack of official info cannot prevent leaks from spreading across the web. A set of details have been leaking about MIUI 12.5 successor. (A phone you need to Get at all cost) According to a new report, MIUI 13 will pack a set of new features like a New Control Center, Extended RAM feature, Natural Touch, and many other features. A fresh report cites various sources about the new features coming with MIUI 13.

Apparently, the company will introduce a new feature dubbed Gesture Turbo 2.0. This particular feature works to enhance the fluidity of gesture animations. The company will also introduce a new feature dubbed “Small Window”. We assume this probably stands for floating windows, something that has been available since Android 11 but was never explored by OEMs. However, the report suggests it has something to do with the MIUI Cleaner app adaptation for MIUI 13 floating window. As aforementioned, the company will also make some adjustments in the Control Center. For instance, the media control notification will be moved to the Control Center from the Notification Panel. Lastly, a new feature called Natural Touch 2.0 is in the works.

It will make use of the phone’s haptics to improve the touch response. Of course, all these features are yet to be confirmed. For that reason, we need to digest them with a pinch or two of salt. Another interesting feature that is probably making its big debut with MIUI 13 is the Extended RAM feature. In fact, some MIUI 12 betas have this feature buried inside the software. Some smartphones also got it even without MIUI 13. The Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G is the first smartphone to experience this feature and it runs MIUI 12.5. We assume that Xiaomi is testing it through a few select smartphones.

It should arrive for all devices through MIUI 13 Vivo was the first company to introduce this Extended RAM feature with its OriginOS. For those unaware, it takes a portion of the phone’s internal storage as swap memory. The concept has always been used on PC platforms. Now, it’s arriving on smartphones at full force. There are dozens of Android OEMs announcing their versions of this Extended RAM feature.

Xiaomi will be the latest to join this growing trend. Other features coming with MIUI 13 are Memory Fusion technology, Floating Game Windows. We expect more details to emerge in the next few weeks. ‌

More phone makers may turn to Huawei's HarmonyOS

When it comes to smartphone operating systems Android is the big name on campus, with an estimated 87% of all smartphones running Google's operating system, according to 2019 stats. However Android might be about to face its biggest threat yet, and we're not talking about iOS. HarmonyOS, Huawei's homemade operating system and Android rival, might not just run on Huawei phones, but apparently handsets from Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and more, all of which are currently Androiders, too. This comes from a leaker on Chinese social media platform Weibo, who wrote regarding HarmonyOS "some mobile phone manufacturers are also contacting, and have plans to adapt" [the OS for their devices]. Following that up, MyFixGuide quoted a separate source which named Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and Meizu as the brands in question. We've reached out to those companies, and Huawei, for comment on the situation to try and gain some clarity, and see what their official lines are on the matter. Reading between the lines, it seems that the listed phone brands are just considering HarmonyOS and keeping their options open - this doesn't confirm they're ditching Android for Huawei's brand-new alternative. But this news does give HarmonyOS some much-needed legitimacy. In 2019 the Huawei ban started: due to a US-China trade war coupled with national security concerns, Huawei stopped being able to use any Google apps on its future Android phones - that includes the Google Play Store, Gmail, Maps and more. Some time later the brand unveiled HarmonyOS, its own operating system. Communication around HarmonyOS has been confusing, and the operating system isn't actually available on any smartphones just yet, though a rollout on some modern Huawei phones is expected, including the Huawei P40 and Mate 40 Pro. Some insiders think the upcoming Huawei P50 will be the first phone with it pre-installed. It's also worth pointing out some Huawei gadgets on sale in China already use HarmonyOS, as the operating system is meant to work on many different devices, not just smartphones. Since it's not widely used (or even commercially available on phones), HarmonyOS is still a big question mark, and we've no idea if it'll truly rival Android and iOS or whether it will quickly become dead in the water. However the fact that Xiaomi and Oppo are apparently considering HarmonyOS is a big vote of confidence, especially coming from two of the biggest phone makers in the world.

Huawei patents Wireless Charging for long distance, which is super cool

In the terms of technology, Huawei owns the most. Still, this Chinese tech giant has been continually exploring new technologies in various fields including the automotive industry, Smart home, smartphones technology, and more. In this sequence, Huawei made public one more patent under the “Long-distance Wireless Charging Transmitting System” title, presents new wireless charging capabilities, which seems very cool. As per the latest information coming from the Chinese patent office, the company has applied for this patent on 20th April last year with the publication number CN112689938A. This technology will be used in the long-distance wireless charging transmitting system, which will be used to charge the receiver wirelessly. We can observe from the abstract, that this long-distance wireless charging transmitter mechanism contains a transmitting module, a radio frequency conversion unit, a processing unit, and the transmitter antenna. Currently, the Huawei Mate 40 series supports 50W wireless charging and is used with Huawei’s super-fast charging wireless charger (Max 50 W).
